What are the classes like?
Our MMA classes are a blend of our striking classes and grappling classes.
Students MUST first take the BJJ class to gain a foundation in MMA concepts before taking our
MMA classes.
Heavy emphasis will be placed on conditioning and drills. These classes will be seperated
into Beginner and Advanced classes. Call for more info.
